<\/p>Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Infrastructure Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Manage Windows and Linux servers,\n including administration, patching, performance monitoring, and service\n availability.<\/span>
<\/li>- Manage Active Directory, Group\n Policies, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and related infrastructure services.<\/span>
<\/li>- Support network troubleshooting\n and coordinate with ISPs and infrastructure vendors.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Security Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Manage endpoint security,\n antivirus, EDR, DLP, MDM, email security, and security monitoring\n solutions.<\/span>
<\/li>- Review security alerts,\n investigate incidents, and coordinate remediation activities.<\/span>
<\/li>- Implement security hardening,\n vulnerability management, and patch compliance programs.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Compliance & Governance<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Implement and maintain Information\n Security Management System (ISMS) controls aligned with ISO 27001:2022 and\n HIPAA Security Rule requirements.<\/span>
<\/li>- Develop and maintain IT security\n policies, standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.<\/span>
<\/li>- Support risk assessments,\n compliance reviews, audits, and corrective action tracking.<\/span>
<\/li>- Manage IT\-related compliance\n awareness programs and phishing simulations.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Backup, BCP & DR<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Manage backup operations, recovery\n testing, and restoration activities.<\/span>
<\/li>- Develop, maintain, and\n periodically test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery procedures.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure backup compliance and\n recovery readiness.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Incident & Problem Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Handle L2/L3 escalations from\n Front Desk Engineers.<\/span>
<\/li>- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)\n for recurring incidents and critical outages.<\/span>
<\/li>- Lead major incident management and\n service restoration efforts.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Vendor & Project Coordination<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs,\n software vendors, and third\-party service providers.<\/span>
<\/li>- Evaluate and recommend technology\n improvements, upgrades, and security enhancements.<\/span>
<\/li>- Support implementation of new IT\n infrastructure and security initiatives.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Reporting & Governance<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Review SLA performance and service\n metrics.<\/span>
<\/li>- Prepare monthly operational,\n security, compliance, and management reports.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Participate\nin governance meetings and provide strategic recommendations for IT operations\nand security improvements.<\/span>
