IT Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, with a strong focus on European and international jurisdictions.
Handle claim cases, disputes, and legal issues that may arise in contractual relationships, ensuring that company interests are protected.
Provide legal support on regulatory compliance related to data privacy, IP, and software licensing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (C-level, HR, Sales) to ensure legal compliance within business processes and contractual obligations.
Establish and maintain efficient processes for contract management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Keep up-to-date with European IT and data privacy laws, ensuring compliance in all business operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law;
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a lawyer, with a background in IT law and handling disputes or claims.
Proven experience in European contract law and familiarity with the regulatory landscape in the EU.
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills for complex IT agreements.
Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in managing legal disputes or claims.
English language proficiency at least intermediate level or higher
Ability to work efficiently in a remote and fast-paced IT-driven environment.
