IT Manager

  • Should be able to implement, commission/decommission,\nconfigure, deploys, redeploy infrastructure such as Firewalls, Core Switches,\nSwitches, Servers, CCTV, ISPs etc infrastructure.

  • Should be able to complete basic\nstructure cabling activity.

  • Should be able to commission,\nconfigure, troubleshoot, back\-up. Active Directory (PDC, SDC) and other Windows\nservers.

  • Should have expertise on\nvirtualization tools such as Hypervisor, VMware, Vbox etc.

  • Should manage the entire internal\nIT Management, IT projects, IT facilities and Vendor Management.

  • Running period checks on entire\nInfrastructure and reporting to Management.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain entire Office 365\ninfrastructure; optimal usage of license.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain essential IT operations,\nincluding operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email\nsystems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

  • Ensure initiatives are aligned\nwith all facets of the organization and manage effectively.

  • Should be able to suggest and\nprovide various hardware/software solutions addressing new business needs.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all\nemployees, customers, and company records.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage, develop, and oversee all\nIT personnel

  • Evaluate and test new software\nupgrades and implement according to the requirements.

  • Maintain current hardware and\nsoftware inventories; recommend acquisition of additional hardware and software\nas required.

  • Evaluate and recommend hardware\nconfigurations, software upgrades, and new software installations to meet\nusers' needs.

  • Develops IT budgets and assists\nleadership team with the research of IT needs for their respective departments

  • Analyze departmental needs,\nidentify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy and\nsecurity.

  • Ensure the Information security\nprocess is implemented & train the team org\-wide, should know compliance\nrelated to ISO 27001.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Will monitor all services\nrequests, incidents and problems raised through ticket portal and ensure\ndelivery within SLA by IT support staff.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Will be the L3 escalation point\nfor all requests and incidents and personally responsible for managing and\ncoordinating urgent and complicated support issues.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Determines the root cause of\nincidents and implement corrective and preventive action and communicates\nappropriately to internal teams.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Proven working experience as an\nIT Manager.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Should have 8\-10 years of\nexperience in IT Support in a Technology company and should have at least 3\-4\nyears of experience in a managerial position.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Hands\-on experience with computer\nnetworks, network administration and Server administration.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Exp with Firewalls &\nSecurity, Routers and Switches is required.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Exp with Active Directory,\nWindows servers, Virtualization (All versions like Desktop, Server etc.),\nServer Maintenance is required.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Exp with Electrical service\nincluding UPS, power supply to IT networks, Service support related to App\n/Laptop/Desktop/Server installation including configuration / OS support etc.

    • Exp with Cloud support and Data\nBack up and maintenance is required.

    • Exp with Inventory management of\nhardware and Software is required.

    • Good written and oral\ncommunication in English is mandatory.
