We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and ensure the efficient functioning of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have <\/span>expertise<\/span> in IT compliance, audits, networking, asset management, and vendor coordination.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

IT Infrastructure & Networking Management:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the company\u2019s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, data <\/span>centres<\/span>, and cloud solutions.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
  - Ensure network stability, security, and performance by continuously <\/span>monitoring<\/span> and optimizing the IT infrastructure<\/span> <\/span>including servers, networks, software applications, IT Security systems (firewalls, antivirus, access controls)<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Collaborate with the vendor to ensure the implementation and troubleshooting of network\-related issues.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    IT Process digitization like Zoho, SAP etc.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Compliance & Audit:<\/span><\/span>\u202fConduct IT audits, <\/span>maintain<\/span> IT policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Asset & Inventory Management:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Ensure proper tracking, procurement, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and peripherals.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, installation, maintenance, and disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Networking:<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span>Maintain<\/span> and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Server Management:<\/span><\/span>\u202fOversee server configurations, updates, and security patches.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Troubleshooting & Technical Support:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Oversee troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network\-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Provide guidance to the IT team in resolving complex technical issues, escalating when necessary.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Vendor Management:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>
    Manage relationships with third\-party vendors for IT support, software licensing, hardware procurement, and cloud services.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Identify<\/span>, evaluate, and manage IT vendors for hardware, software, and services procurement.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure vendors meet performance expectations.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Security & Compliance:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Ensure the organization's IT systems are secure and compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Implement and <\/span>maintain<\/span> IT security policies, including data protection, backups, and disaster recovery plans.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Reporting & Documentation:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Provide regular status reports on IT performance, issues, and initiatives<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Maintain detailed documentation for all IT assets, software, processes, and troubleshooting <\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/span>
    Requirements<\/h3>
    Qualifications & Skills:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/div>
    Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science<\/span>, IT, or a related field<\/span>. A <\/span>master\u2019s<\/span> degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or similar) would be a plus.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    8<\/span>\-12<\/span> years of experience in IT management roles.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security protocols.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Experience in IT audits and compliance.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Ability to manage multiple IT projects and vendors.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    Excellent problem\-solving and leadership skills.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
