• Lead technology operations across the regional network including retail points, logistics hubs, and corporate functions.

• Manage enterprise resource planning systems and business applications to enhance financial and operational reporting.
• Direct cybersecurity initiatives including risk assessments, incident response protocols, and data protection compliance.
• Oversee point-of-sale systems and digital tools to improve productivity within the commercial and retail environment.
• Manage external service providers and annual technology budgets while leading digital transformation projects.

skills and experience required.

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience
• Experience supporting SAP / ERP systems especially SAP B1
• Experience in retail POS environment is preferred.
