Asset Management:

* Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, cloud services, and peripherals.

* Track asset lifecycle, depreciation, and disposal in accordance with company policies.

* Ensure systems are updated with real\-time asset records using UEMMDM tools.

IT Vendor Management:

* Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

* Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing to ensure cost\-effective services.

* Monitor vendor performance and address any service\-related issues promptly.

Cloud and IT Infrastructure:
<\/div>
<\/div>

<\/div>
* Manage and administer cloud platforms, with a strong understanding of SaaS/IaaS tools and services.

* Experience in managing and securing Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, etc.).
<\/div>

* Set up and maintain Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) or Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
<\/div>

* Configure and remotely manage access points (AP) and wireless networks for seamless connectivity.
<\/div>
<\/div>

Email and Drive Backup for Exit:
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Implement and oversee procedures for data backup and secure access management for departing employees.
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Ensure protection and compliance of all company data during exits and transitions.

<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
IT Issue Resolution (Software):
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software\-related issues.
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Collaborate with end\-users to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

IT Issue Resolution and Vendor Coordination (Hardware):

* Manage hardware\-related issues and coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.

* Ensure timely resolution to reduce equipment downtime.

IT Procurement & Vendor Negotiations:

* Collaborate with procurement for sourcing IT equipment.
<\/div>

* Negotiate favorable pricing and service terms for new purchases and repairs.

Biometric Systems Management:

<\/div>
* Supervise and maintain biometric attendance systems to ensure operational reliability and data accuracy.

* Troubleshoot sync or access issues and liaise with vendors as needed.

Qualifications:
<\/div>

<\/div>
* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
<\/div>
<\/div>
* At least 7 years of proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Strong knowledge of IT asset and vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation.
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Hands\-on experience with Google Workspace administration and cloud tools.
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Proficiency in troubleshooting both software and hardware issues.
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Experience in setting up and managing UEM or MDM platforms.
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Familiarity with remote management of APs and biometric systems is an advantage.
<\/div>
<\/div>
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
