<\/div><\/div>You will be trusted to take ownership of client environments \u2013 not just reactively support them.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>- Provide<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>Level 2 remote and onsite support<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>for client technical issues, ensuring environments align with best practices<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Handle <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>escalations from junior IT professionals<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>and act as a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>subject matter expert <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>(e.g., Mac support, Microsoft environments)<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Conduct <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>recurring client visits<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>, focusing on site improvement plans and break\-fix requests<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Collaborate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>on projects, follow timelines, and contribute to process improvements and SOP development<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Maintain <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>accurate<\/span> <\/span>documentation and tooling<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>(IT Glue, Autotask, Nable) in real time<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Record (real\-time) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>time entries<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>travel hours, and <\/span><\/span>submit<\/span> <\/span>reports <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>timeously<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Upskill and<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>support <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>new team members, offering opportunities to shadow and learn<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
