What you will do:<\/b><\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/span>

You will be trusted to take ownership of client environments \u2013 not just reactively support them.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>

  • Provide<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>Level 2 remote and onsite support<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>for client technical issues, ensuring environments align with best practices<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Handle <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>escalations from junior IT professionals<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>and act as a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>subject matter expert <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>(e.g., Mac support, Microsoft environments)<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>recurring client visits<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>, focusing on site improvement plans and break\-fix requests<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>on projects, follow timelines, and contribute to process improvements and SOP development<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>accurate<\/span> <\/span>documentation and tooling<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>(IT Glue, Autotask, Nable) in real time<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Record (real\-time) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>time entries<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>travel hours, and <\/span><\/span>submit<\/span> <\/span>reports <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>timeously<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Upskill and<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>support <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>new team members, offering opportunities to shadow and learn<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Participate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>in team meetings and drive a mindset of delivering<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>WOW\-factor service<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>

    • 5+ years\u2019 IT support experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>in a managed services environment<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • IT qualification and Microsoft certifications<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong technical skills: Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, networking (LAN, wireless, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP), Mac and Windows OS<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proven ability to meet (and beat) SLA targets <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Clear and confident English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tech in simple terms<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Driver\u2019s license and own car; with the flexibility to travel <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
