Technology Project Coordinator

A Technology Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting of technology initiatives across teams. This role helps ensure work is organized, dependencies are managed, communications are clear, and deliverables remain on track.

This position works closely with project managers, technology leads, business partners, and PMO leadership to support execution discipline, maintain core project artifacts, monitor progress, and provide visibility into status, risks, and actions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track priority technology project efforts to help ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives across Enterprise Applications, End User Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Global Real Estate (GRE) technology initiatives.

  • Help define, organize, and maintain work efforts using lean PMO and PDLC practices appropriate to the size and complexity of the initiative.

  • Develop and maintain core project artifacts, including scope, schedules with milestones, due dates and owners, risks, action items, and status reporting updates.

  • Monitor day-to-day task execution, follow up on deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed – all to drive resolution and meet expected outcomes.

  • Coordinate and own status meetings, prepare meeting materials, capture outcomes, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.

  • Produce reports and dashboards used to communicate project effort status, highlight areas of focus, and track remediation plans.

  • Manage communications related to assigned project efforts, including status reporting for business and technology stakeholders.

  • Analyze project and portfolio information to identify risks, trends, and areas requiring attention.

  • Adhere to PMO standards, project controls, change management practices and additional reporting or operational responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting technology projects, programs, operations, or delivery functions.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional work efforts and preparing project or portfolio-level reporting in a technology environment.

  • Working knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies.

  • Experience with scope, schedule, risk, action item, and status management.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI.

  • Experience in an enterprise PMO or across Enterprise Applications, End User Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Global Real Estate (GRE) technology initiatives is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.

  • Experience working within an enterprise PMO.

  • Exposure to project coordination across one or more of the following domains: Enterprise Applications, End User Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Global Real Estate (GRE) technology initiatives.

  • Experience supporting executive-level or leadership reporting.
