IT Project Coordinator (Contract) @Pasir Panjang

An IT Project Coordinator with min 1-2 years of experience focusing on project administration, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of software or infrastructure projects. Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and track milestones.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare meeting minutes (MOM), draft status reports, and maintain project documentation repositories.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central point of contact for internal developers, external vendors, and clients.
Logistics & Compliance: Manage onboarding/offboarding of project staff, handle building access passes, and assist with audit or governance documentation.

Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT project coordination or software team support.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and high adaptability.
