IT Project Manager | Finance
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and detailed plans (timeline, budget, risks).
Manage resources (team, budget, equipment) and ensure efficient allocation.
Lead and motivate the project team, assign tasks and ensuring accountability.
Coordinate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication.
Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and apply corrective actions when needed.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare project status updates, reports, and final project closure documentation.
Facilitate delivery of project outputs to clients and service owners.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, project management, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience managing IT project with direct impact on Finance operations.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) would be appreciated.
Professional knowledge of key financial processes: month closure, accountability (GL, AP, AR, …), reporting, consolidation, audit and compliance.
Proven delivery of at least 3 ERP implementation/enhancement projects; data migration, process harmonization, systems integrations (CRM, procurement, banking or tax, BI) and adoption.
Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, SAC) and MDM; other ERP suites will be a plus MS Dynamics 365 finance, Oracle ERP.
Strong financial stakeholder management: Financial directors, Auditors, Compliance authorities, Business managers.
Demonstrated AI implementation on Finance activities: predictive/prescriptive reporting, data analysis, reconciliation.
ERP system certification is a plus (admin or consultant).
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
