Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicating with managers or CEOs to identify future job openings.

  • Writing job descriptions and posting to online platforms like indeed, Facebook,

    Twitter, Linkedin.
    <\/div><\/li>
  • Communicating requirements in different colleges & arranging campus placement.
    <\/li>
  • Identify the candidate based on skills and qualifications mentioned in job details to
    <\/div>
    screen resumes.
    <\/div><\/li>
  • Perform pre\-screening calls or video calls to analyze applicant\u2019s abilities. Performing background checks & references.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with team leaders and arrange the practical round with them.
    <\/li>
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding candidates.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires.

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Qualification

    • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA, MHRD or equivalent.

      Experience

      • 0 to 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
