Roles & Responsibilities
<\/h4><\/div><\/div>- Communicating with managers or CEOs to identify future job openings.
<\/li> - Writing job descriptions and posting to online platforms like indeed, Facebook,
<\/div>Twitter, Linkedin.
<\/div><\/li>- Communicating requirements in different colleges & arranging campus placement.
<\/li> - Identify the candidate based on skills and qualifications mentioned in job details to
<\/div>screen resumes.
<\/div><\/li>- Perform pre\-screening calls or video calls to analyze applicant\u2019s abilities. Performing background checks & references.
<\/li> - Coordinate with team leaders and arrange the practical round with them.
<\/li> - Provide feedback to management about details regarding candidates.
<\/li> - Ensure proper onboarding for new hires.

Requirements<\/h3>Qualification
<\/h4><\/div><\/div>- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA, MHRD or equivalent.
<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>Experience
<\/h4><\/div><\/div>- 0 to 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
