IT Sales Executive
Duties :

\u2022<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>Generate new business opportunities through<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> field sales and direct client meetings. <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>Connect with<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> owners, decision\-makers, and plant heads. <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> \u2022<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>Promote and sell <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>IT software<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> solutions to small and medium enterprises/companies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>Conduct<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> product presentations, meetings, and commercial discussions. \u2022 Close sales deals quickly and achieve revenue targets. <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>Build long\-term relationships<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> with industrial clients and partners. <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> \u2022 Travel for client visits, business development, and market expansion. <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>Maintain strong <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>follow\-up and negotiation <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>with prospective clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 4\u20135+ <\/span><\/span><\/b>years of experience in<\/span><\/span> IT software sales / B2B listing platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Proven ability to generate leads independently<\/span><\/span>, conduct meetings, and close deals, consistently <\/span><\/span><\/b>achieving sales targets and driving business growth.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills, with a self\-motivated, confident, and target\-oriented approach<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Working hours: <\/span><\/span>10:00 AM \u2013 7:00 PM<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Working days: <\/span><\/span>5 days a week<\/span><\/span><\/b> (plus 1st & 3rd Saturdays working)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Medical Insurance<\/span><\/span><\/b> coverage for employees<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Provident Fund (PF)<\/span><\/span><\/b> facility<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Quarterly parties and yearly outings/trips<\/span><\/span><\/b> for team bonding<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Regular check\-ins<\/span><\/span><\/b> with leadership for growth and feedback<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Recognition awards<\/span><\/span><\/b> to celebrate high performance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Fun activities<\/span><\/span><\/b> and team engagement sessions throughout the year<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
