IT Service Delivery Manager [Permanent]

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 5+ (L1/L2 support), fostering a high-performance culture
  • Oversee daily IT operations, maintenance, and compliance with security standards
  • Manage maintenance schedules, change requests, incidents, and service requests
  • Track IT assets and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting
  • Manage vendors and subcontractors, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations
  • Monitor SLAs and implement service improvements
  • Manage budgets and control operational costs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely issue resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in IT Operations & Maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management and ITIL practices
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
