    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/span> in information technology, computer science, or a related field.<\/span>

    • 1\-3 years of hands\-on experience<\/span> in IT support, including help desk operations, network administration, and hardware troubleshooting.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong technical knowledge<\/span> of Windows Server environments (MCSA certified) and computer networking (CCNA certified or equivalent).<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proficient in managing and supporting<\/span> Antivirus, firewalls, and Microsoft <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/span>, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely (via phone) and on\-site.<\/span>
