π§ Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to IT service requests and troubleshoot technical issues;
Provide technical support and IT consulting services (remote & on-site);
Act as the main point of contact for IT issues, coordinating tasks with internal teams;
Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment;
Ensure proper tracking and management of company IT assets;
Manage service requests using ITIL-based ticketing systems;
Continuously improve IT support processes to enhance efficiency and service quality;

π― Job Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field;
Minimum 2 years of administrative or IT support experience (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome);
Knowledge of PC, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking fundamentals;
Familiar with Active Directory, system configuration, and security policies;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with teamwork capability;
High sense of responsibility, urgency, and quality awareness;
Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and willingness to learn;
Good command of English (spoken and written);
