IT Support Engineer
You will administer and maintain Google Workspace, MDM for macOS and iOS, and the company password manager. You will investigate and resolve incidents, provide remote hardware and software support, manage access and IT assets, administer external SaaS services, create documentation, and mentor colleagues. You will also automate routine tasks when possible.

Requirements
- Strong experience administering Google Workspace (email, DNS, blacklists, backups, and related services)
- Excellent experience administering macOS for users
- Power user knowledge of Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience administering MDM systems
- Knowledge of scripting and automation (bash, PowerShell, Python) (optional)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Systematic approach to task accomplishment
- Proactive work attitude
- Clear understanding of business requirements
- High level of self-organisation and responsibility
- Fluent Russian and English at B1–B2 level
