IT Support Engineer Intern

You will support day-to-day IT activities and projects, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, set up new employee workstations, and maintain a secure and efficient IT environment. You will administer cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, 1Password, Notion, and Slack, conduct research and reporting to support decisions, prepare documentation and presentations for stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn industry best practices while proposing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT activities and projects
• Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
• Set up new employee workstations
• Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment
• Improve IT processes to increase operational efficiency
• Administer and support cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace Jira 1Password Notion and Slack
• Conduct research analysis and reporting to support decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Prepare documentation and presentations for stakeholders
• Learn best practices and propose process improvements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or have equivalent practical experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in fintech crypto or digital assets
