IT Support Engineer / IT Support Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled <\/span><\/span>IT Support Engineer<\/span><\/span><\/b> to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to internal users, maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day IT operations. <\/h3>- Provide <\/span><\/span>Level 1/Level 2 support<\/span><\/span><\/b> for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Troubleshoot issues related to <\/span><\/span>Windows OS, macOS, Linux (basic), Office 365<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and enterprise applications.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Handle <\/span><\/span>system upgrades, patch management, and regular maintenance<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Troubleshoot <\/span><\/span>LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP<\/span><\/span><\/b> related issues.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support installation and maintenance of <\/span><\/span>servers, cloud solutions, backups, storage devices<\/span><\/span><\/b>, etc. (as applicable).<\/span>

<\/h3>- 3+ years of experience as <\/span><\/span>IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support / Technical Support<\/span><\/span><\/b>.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong knowledge of: <\/span><\/span>
- Windows OS (7/10/11), macOS basics
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Office 365 / Outlook / Email configurations
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Active Directory & basic server concepts
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>- Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, Freshservice, Zoho Desk, etc.).
