IT Support Engineer (L1 & L2)

• Basic: $2500 - $3000

• AWS + Variable Bonus

• Mon – Fri: 8:00am to 5:15pm OR 8:30am to 5:45pm

• Location: Changi Area (2-way transport provided from Tanah Merah MRT)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors on IT equipment procurement, repair, and maintenance.
• Deploy and configure PCs, including Windows OS and required software installation.
• Respond to IT service requests, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues, and provide user support.
• Assist in troubleshooting and supporting peripheral devices such as converters, switches, printers, POS systems, and related equipment.
• Provide support for basic web-based and in-house applications.
• Update and maintain IT Service Request (ITSR) cases with proper documentation and closure.
• Manage IT inventory, including stock checks, tracking, and asset replenishment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in IT or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience.

• Strong experience in Windows and Microsoftenvironments.
