IT Support Officer (Botanic Gardens)
Job Scope:
- Website Management & Migration Support
- Support website migration activities including content transfer, testing, and quality assurance.
- Assist in copywriting and content creation for the new website platform, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Review, edit, and update existing web content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders including management and website work group, on migration requirements, technical issues, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct post-migration monitoring of website performance, functionality, and user experience to identify and resolve issues. This includes ongoing website maintenance support and content updates as required.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Research and develop new merchandise concepts based on market analysis, visitor demographics, and brand positioning.
- Coordinate product development and quality specifications.
- Review product design processes including review of mockups, prototypes, sample evaluations, and design iterations.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data, and gather customer feedback on existing and new merchandise.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy and web content management experience, product development experience
Duration: 5 Months
Working Hours:
8.30am to 6.00pm Mon to Thurs
8.30am to 5.30pm Fri
Location: Singapore Botanic Gardens
Salary: Hourly Rated
