IT Support Specialist
Join our team as an IT Support Specialist, providing Level 1 & 2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and supporting with devices and video conferencing. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, service tickets, and basic infrastructure support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Your Main Tasks
· Serve as the primary IT contact for the Singapore and Shanghai offices.
· Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, networks, and videoconferencing systems.
· Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting to resolve hardware, software, and application issues.
· Handle IT onboarding and offboarding, including user account setup, laptop preparation, and access removal.
· Install, configure, and rebuild PCs, laptops, and standard applications (e.g. Office, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
· Conduct daily system and meeting room health checks and provide standby support for meetings.
· Manage IT support requests via the IT service ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required.
· Escalate complex technical issues to external vendors or higher-level support teams as needed.
· Assist with IT procurement, vendor coordination, asset inventory, and leasing management.
· Perform basic server and network administration, including user management, permissions, and security tasks.
· Support and maintain virtual environments, including virtual desktops and VMware ESXi servers.
· Participate in IT infrastructure upgrade and improvement projects.
· Maintain and update technical documentation and support procedures.
Your Profile
· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
· At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or service desk (Level 1 & 2)
· Wide technical understanding of the various hardware, software and networking including windows servers and VMware virtual infrastructure.
· Able to work independently and in a team.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience and a positive attitude.
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin
