IT Support Specialist with CCTV Expertise

We’re seeking a tech-savvy IT professional with hands-on experience in CCTV systems to support and maintain our organization's digital infrastructure and surveillance technologies. This hybrid role involves managing network systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring optimal performance of CCTV installations.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and monitoring software.
• Provide technical support for IT systems including desktops, servers, and network devices.
• Monitor and analyze CCTV footage for security incidents and system performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on both IT and CCTV equipment.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure integration of surveillance systems with broader IT infrastructure.
• Document system configurations, incidents, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations related to CCTV usage.

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proven experience in IT support and CCTV system management.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, IP configurations, and cabling.
  • Familiarity with video surveillance software and remote monitoring tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) or CCTV installation are a plus.
