This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical assistance requests in person, by phone, or electronically.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware and software.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 laptops, address network issues, and support mobile devices and applications.

  • Maintain passwords, data integrity, and ensure file security within the desktop environment.

  • Advise users on appropriate actions to resolve their technical issues.

  • Follow standard service desk procedures and ensure strong documentation and communication practices.

  • Redirect problems to appropriate resources when necessary.

  • Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention.

  • Track and route incidents, problems, and requests, and document all resolutions.

  • Research questions using available information resources.

  • Stay current with changes and updates to system information.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or MIS, or at least two years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Desktop Support role within a medium to large-sized company.

  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment.

  • Demonstrated experience with setting up and supporting remote users.

  • Understanding and experience in customer service practices.

  • Possession of MCP or A+ certification.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Customer service oriented approach.

  • Ability to diagnose issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and perform post-mortem evaluations.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience working tickets in ServiceNow

  • Familiarity with tax applications such as CCH Axcess, Caseware, and SurePrep

  • Experience Supporting MacBooks and Jamf

  • Willingness to travel/cover multiple offices in the Los Angeles area.
