IT Support Technician

· Provide first-line support to users for hardware, software, and networking issues.

· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.

· Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.

· Perform routine maintenance and updates for Microsoft systems including Windows OS, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory.

· Manage user accounts, group policies, and permissions within Microsoft environments.

· Administer and maintain the organization’s VoIP or phone system, including setup, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.

· Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls to ensure network security and performance.

· Set up and support new user accounts, email, and phone access.

· Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support records.
