Role Purpose

The role focuses on day\-to\-day execution, installation, maintenance, asset management, and user support while escalating technical, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and strategic matters to the IT Lead.

Scope of Authority
<\/div>
The IT Support Technician is responsible for executing routine IT support activities, maintaining company IT assets, and providing first\-level technical assistance. The role shall not independently modify network infrastructure, server configurations, cybersecurity settings, software licensing policies, or access rights without authorization from the IT Lead.
