IT Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for System Administration & Maintenance

• Oversee daily ERP and application operations, manage user access/roles, system configurations, and data migration
• Implementation & Upgrades: Lead or assist in the full lifecycle of software implementations (requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live)
• Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain documentation for technical specifications, user training materials.
• Any other adhoc duties or assignments as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology with minimum 3yrs' experience
• Possess knowledge of ERP solutions, including accounting modules(GL, AP/AR), supply chain management (SCM), inventory and manufacturing
• Experience with project management
• Must have strong coordination and follow up skill
• Good communication skills, independent and team player
• Good analytical skills, creative, resourceful with minimum supervision
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced business environment
