Your role at Hostinger

Do you get more satisfaction from fixing the root cause than closing the ticket? Do you look at a manual process and immediately start thinking about how to automate it? Are you the person who follows what's emerging in AI and finds ways to put it to work before anyone asks?

As an IT Systems & Automation Engineer, you’ll help shape how Hostinger works behind the scenes. You'll own business-critical systems, build automations that reduce manual work, and help teams scale. From implementing new systems to improving existing ones, you’ll play a key role in how Hostinger operates and grows.

You’ll work closely with teams across the company, balancing business needs, technical possibilities, and long-term maintainability. Success here requires strong prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills as much as technical expertise.
