IT Systems & Network Engineer

We are looking for a n IT infrastructure / support engineer with strong Windows-Linux systems knowledge, CCNP-level networking skills, and experience in server operations, virtualization, and enterprise IT support.

As this role will work closely with counterparts in China, fluency in Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop IT support for company employees, including system installation, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, configuring office peripherals, and managing user accounts and access permissions.
• Operate and maintain Windows/Linux physical and virtual servers, including deployment, routine inspections, patch updates, data backup, and emergency incident handling.
• Troubleshootnetwork issues and perform basic configuration of routing and switching devices;requires NP-level networking knowledge.
• ManageIT assets and maintain operation logs and incident reports; implement standardizedIT operations procedures.
• SupportR&D teams in building development environments; familiar with mainstream virtualizationsetup, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and local vendors to ensure stable operation of IT systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Solid hands-on experience in desktop support and server operations.
• Knowledgeof NP/CCNP-level networking, familiar with VLANs, routing & switching, and basicfirewall operations.
• Proficientin Windows and Linux systems; understanding of mainstream virtualization technologies.
• Experiencein cluster maintenance is an advantage.
• Goodcommunication skills, strong service mindset, and ability to independentlyhandle various IT issues
