In this position, you will provide expert support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with their digital banking needs and ensuring a seamless banking experience. Your role is vital in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering trust in our digital banking services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with digital banking inquiries, transactions, and issue resolutions
  • Accurately document interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Stay up-to-date with digital banking products and services to provide accurate information
  • Contribute to customer feedback collection to improve service quality

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in digital banking or financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (full relocation package provided)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with banking software and CRM tools
