Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients
  • Assist customers with technical issues, product inquiries, and service requests
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems
  • Help improve customer experience by collecting feedback and suggesting improvements
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product developments and support tools

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the tech industry
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Adaptability and willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
