As an ITAM Flexera Developer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust IT systems that support business operations, confirming seamless functionality of networks, servers, and data centers. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable smooth operations and availability for clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities

- Leading cloud infrastructure optimization and management to enhance operational efficiency
- Designing and implementing robust IT systems to support seamless business operations
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to maintain service availability
- Developing and executing strategic plans for cloud migration and service delivery
- Guiding teams in cloud infrastructure architecture design and performance monitoring
- Utilizing technical consultation skills to address client needs and optimize cloud services
- Collaborating with team leadership to uphold professional and technical standards
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage innovation in cloud operations
- Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Engaging in strategic questioning to address conflicts and facilitate stakeholder communication

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Demonstrating proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Utilizing Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Design and Optimization skills
- Managing Cloud Migration and Cloud Operations (CloudOps) effectively
- Excelling in Infrastructure Management and Performance Monitoring
- Leveraging experience with Splunk and Dynatrace APM for data analysis
- Developing skills in troubleshooting cloud computing issues
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery
