Janitor

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the condominium\u2019s common areas. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff by performing routine and deep\-cleaning tasks according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms
<\/p><\/li>
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces
<\/p><\/li>
Empty trash and recycling bins and properly dispose of waste
<\/p><\/li>
Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors in common areas
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain cleanliness of community rooms, fitness centers, and amenities
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and paper products
<\/p><\/li>
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management or maintenance staff
<\/p><\/li>
Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
<\/p><\/li>
Assist with special cleaning projects, events, or seasonal tasks
<\/p><\/li>
Perform light exterior cleaning such as entryways, walkways, and trash areas
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
