Japanese Language Teacher (Preschool)
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Japanese language lessons for preschool children.
Use songs, stories, games, movement, and hands-on activities to support language learning.
Foster children's interest and confidence in using the Japanese language.
Prepare lesson materials and resources to support learning objectives.
Monitor and document children's progress where required.
Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and the school management team.
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Participate in school events, parent engagement activities, and professional development opportunities when required.
Requirements
Proficient in spoken and written Japanese
Able to conduct lessons primarily in Japanese
Passion for working with young children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant teaching, language, or early childhood qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience teaching Japanese language or working with preschool-aged children will be an advantage.
Candidates with prior experience in educational settings are preferred.
Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Venue: River Valley Road
