Java Production Support Engineer
- Production Support to\nsupport enterprise lending platforms. <\/span>
The role involves troubleshooting. <\/span>
Production issues, analyzing logs, understanding customer requirements, and\ndelivering effective solutions including reporting and data insights.\nCandidates with experience in lending and financial services and who worked\nupon LOS/LMS/Collections product are preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Provide L2/L3 production support for lending\n applications.<\/span>
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.<\/span>
Analyze application and server logs to identify and\n resolve issues.<\/span>
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement\n fixes/workarounds.<\/span>
Understand customer requirements and translate them into\n technical solutions.<\/span>
Develop and deliver reports using SQL/data queries based\n on business needs.<\/span>
Provide solution support aligned to customer\n requirements and system capabilities.<\/span>
Collaborate with different teams for enhancements and bug fixes.<\/span>
Support release activities and post\-deployment validation.<\/span>

- Strong knowledge of Java (Core Java, basic framework\n understanding).<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, report generation, data\n analysis).<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in application/production support.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshooting issues\n efficiently.<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in understanding business/customer requirements.<\/span>
<\/li>- Capability to create reports and provide data\-driven\n insights.<\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA, Any other).<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.<\/span>

<\/div>- Experience in Lending domain / Banking & Financial\n Services.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity with FinnOne Neo.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Exposure to Spring Boot or enterprise Java frameworks.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience with monitoring tools.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Understanding of APIs and microservices architecture.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of batch processing systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
