We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) Manufacturing Analyst to support and enhance our manufacturing operations while also providing functional support for Distribution modules, including Sales Order Management and Procurement.
This role will partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to ensure JDE EnterpriseOne is effectively configured, supported, and optimized to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing (Primary Focus)

• Provide functional support and subject‑matter expertise for JDE EnterpriseOne Manufacturing modules, including:
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Routing
  • Shop Floor Control (SFC)
  • Work Orders
  • Product Data Management (PDM)
  • MRP/MPS and Capacity Planning
• Analyze manufacturing business processes and translate requirements into JDE solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy manufacturing-related enhancements and fixes.
• Support month‑end and year‑end manufacturing close processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root‑cause analysis.

Distribution & Supply Chain (Secondary Focus)

• Support JDE EnterpriseOne Distribution modules, including:
  • Sales Order Management
  • Procurement / Purchasing
  • Inventory Management
• Ensure seamless integration between manufacturing, inventory, sales, and procurement processes.
• Assist with order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay workflows.
• Support pricing, availability, commitments, and fulfillment processes.

Cross‑Functional & Technical Support

• Collaborate with business users, developers, and third‑party partners.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
• Support reporting, queries, and data integrity related to manufacturing and distribution.
• Provide end‑user training and ongoing functional support.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Strong functional expertise in Manufacturing modules (BOM, Routing, SFC, Work Orders, MRP).
• Working knowledge of Distribution modules, including Sales Orders and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Familiarity with JDE tables, UDCs, and basic CNC concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

• Experience with:
  • Advanced Pricing
  • Inventory Commitment Rules
  • Intercompany or Build‑to‑Order processes
• Exposure to JDE Orchestrator, UX One, or AIS.
• Ability to read or debug basic JDE reports or business functions (techno‑functional).
• Experience supporting JDE upgrades or module implementations.
• Manufacturing industry experience (discrete, process, or hybrid).
