Mission
Support the execution of high-quality creative assets that elevate the CI&T brand across North America. Working closely with the Brand, Marketing, Content, Events, and Sales teams, the Junior Designer helps bring campaigns, digital experiences, executive events, and sales initiatives to life through compelling visual design. This role embraces AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency, accelerate production, and continuously enhance the quality and impact of creative work.

This role embraces AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency, accelerate production, and continuously enhance the quality and impact of creative work.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Creative Production & Brand Design
- Design high-quality creative assets for digital, print, and social channels, including presentations, email graphics, digital ads, infographics, one-pagers, case studies, event materials, and marketing collateral.
- Adapt global brand assets for North American campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print execution.
- Assist in developing branded templates and reusable design assets.
2. Campaigns & Event Experience
- Support the creative execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Design event signage, presentation graphics, digital displays, motion graphics, and other branded experiences.
- Produce visual assets that enhance executive events, conferences, customer experiences, and thought leadership programs.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging visual identity across every event touchpoint.
3. Digital Content & Website Support
- Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, organize visual layouts utilizing CMS block components, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist with updating content using CMS platforms such as HubSpot, Drupal, or Webflow.
- Optimize creative assets for responsive design, accessibility, and digital performance.
4. Sales Enablement & Visual Storytelling
- Support the creation of sales presentations, proposal graphics, customer stories, and executive communications.
- Design visuals that simplify complex concepts and strengthen CI&T's value proposition.
- Assist with the production of whitepapers, research reports, and other thought leadership assets.
5. AI-Powered Creative Production
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, image creation, content development, presentation design, and production workflows.
- Apply sound creative judgment to ensure AI-assisted work meets CI&T's brand standards, quality expectations, and business objectives.
- Stay current with emerging AI design capabilities and recommend new tools and best practices that improve team efficiency.
6. Brand Stewardship & Collaboration
- Ensure all creative deliverables adhere to CI&T brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and digital asset libraries.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, content strategists, event managers, and sales teams to deliver projects on time.
- Participate in creative reviews, incorporate feedback effectively, and continuously improve design quality.
- Contribute to refining creative processes and supporting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree (or currently completing) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-powered creative tools.
Preferred
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or basic motion graphics.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Drupal, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
- A basic understanding of how it works — HTML and CSS.
- Experience designing for B2B marketing campaigns.
- Experience using generative AI tools such as Nanobanana, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Midjourney, EllevenLabs, or similar creative platforms.
