<\/p>About the Role:<\/span>
<\/h2>We\u2019re looking for an Accountant to own our day\-to\-day financial operations. If you know your way around GAAP, IFRS, and have experience in hospitality, we want to hear from you.<\/span>
<\/h2>What You\u2019ll Do:<\/span>
<\/p>Record daily sales invoices in Zoho Books.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Reconcile bank statements and verify OTA payments daily.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Manage e\-commerce settlements and reconcile related clearing accounts.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Handle accounting transactions in line with GAAP and IFRS (including IFRS 15, IFRS 16, and IAS 16).<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Verify and record monthly expenses, accruals, provisions, and OTA commissions.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Perform related party reconciliations.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Lead month\-end closings and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Assist with internal and external audits.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Jump in on other tasks as needed\u2014whatever keeps us moving forward.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Experience in hospitality and handling OTA payouts is a plus.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Hands\-on experience with e\-commerce platforms and reconciling clearing accounts.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 16).<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Solid understanding of accruals, provisions, accounts receivable, and related party reconciliations.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Proficiency in Zoho Books (or similar accounting systems).<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Excellent command of English\u2014spoken and written.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance. ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA is a plus.<\/span>
