Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior executives.<\/span>
<\/li>- Manage office operations, correspondence, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.<\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate onboarding, employee records, and exit formalities with the HR team.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.<\/span>
<\/li>- Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping.<\/span>
<\/li>- Organise meetings and events, and maintain accurate records while handling confidential information.<\/span>
<\/li>- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.<\/span>

<\/div>Requirements:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in Executive Assistance, Office Administration, or a similar role.<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office and calendar management tools.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience with office administration, vendor management, and basic bookkeeping.<\/span>
<\/li>- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.<\/span>
