About Job:
We are looking for a Jr. Database Operations responsible for supporting the design, configuration and validation of database solutions for internal customers within a global environment. This position acts as a link between the business areas and the international operational teams to ensure that the requirements are feasible, correctly configured and delivered with high quality standards and on time.
The position participates in daily operational activities (Business as Usual) and new implementation processes, ensuring the correct execution of tasks related to coding, data validation and support to internal customers in multiple markets and categories.
Responsibilities
- Support in the translation of internal customer requirements into scalable database structures aligned to business needs.
- Analyze the feasibility of requests considering scope, data availability, delivery times and operational capacity.
- Execute daily operational activities and new project setups to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
- Perform data coding and validation processes, ensuring compliance with internal and customer standards.
- Follow up on queries and incidents from internal customers, coordinating solutions with global teams.
- Proactively communicate relevant progress, risks, incidents, and updates to stakeholders.
- Investigate and solve problems related to data structures, operational processes, or system outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in validation, coding and instruction management processes within internal platforms.
About you:
This person will be responsible for executing Business as Usual activities and new set‑up processes to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of global client solutions across multiple countries, meeting quality standards and operational requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Any Graduate, preference given to Admin, Economics, Commerce
+1 year of experience
English: speaking and writing with fluency
Excel Intermediate- Advanced
Programming in R/Python, SQL (desirable)
