<\/div>Job Summary:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>The Community Jr. Early\nInterventionist will provide support and services to children with special\nneeds under the age between 0\-8 years, focusing on early identification and\nintervention for developmental delays and disabilities. This role involves\nworking closely with families, healthcare providers, and educational\ninstitutions to ensure and provide services in the community. <\/span>

<\/div>Key\nResponsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Identify children with developmental\n delays through developmental screenings for all the children in the\n geography<\/span>
<\/li>- Take assessments for identified\n children<\/span>
<\/li>- Develop and implement individualized\n intervention plans according to the need analysis<\/span>
<\/li>- Provide direct services to children through\n subcenter and home\-based therapy in community<\/span>
<\/li>- Capacity building for all the parents<\/span>
<\/li>- Sensitization programs to spread\n awareness in the community to build a sustainable eco system for CwSN.<\/span>
<\/li>- Anganwadi, and school enrolment for the\n children at the age of 3 and 6.<\/span>
<\/li>- Guide the parents on Social Security\n Schemes and ensure the government benefits for CwSN.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain detailed records of\n assessments, plans, and progress<\/span>
<\/li>- On time Data documentation<\/span>
<\/li>- Stay updated with best practices and\n current research in early childhood intervention<\/span>

<\/p>Accountability:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p> <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Report directly to the Master\n Trainer and Social worker regarding the progress, challenges, and\n developments within program.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure alignment with\n organizational goals, budget management, and operational protocols for the\n program.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure transparency, ethical\n conduct, and full compliance with the organization\u2019s standards and\n policies.<\/span>

<\/div>Required\nQualifications:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Education<\/span><\/b>: CCRT/CCCG<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience<\/span><\/b>: Fresher/ experienced in early\n childhood intervention or related services<\/span>

<\/div>Skills and\nCompetencies:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Bilingual\n abilities in Kannada and basic English knowledge<\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent assessment and observational\n skills<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong organizational and\n record\-keeping abilities<\/span>
<\/li>- Empathy and patience in working with\n children and families<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to develop and implement\n effective intervention plans<\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge of community resources and\n support services<\/span>
