We are looking for a Jr Generalist HR Mfg Ops Reynosa.
What will you do?
Responsible for the administration and coordination of all internal communication programs and employee recognition. Support of talent acquisition process (DL & IDL), retention, and talent management initiatives. Comply with the guidelines and regulations of Health, Safety and Environment. Responsible for communication campaigns
How will you do it?
Supervise the implementation of government, company and internal policies and regulations.
Responsible for implementing the internal policies of the Human Resources Department.
Support the recruitment and selection of personnel process for Direct and Indirect Labor.
Responsible for the implementation of the wages and salaries policies.
Participate in the different committees: labor, union, cafeteria, training and development.
Supports on social and cultural activities organized by the Human Resources Department.
Coordinates new employee orientation program. Act as a trainer on specific topics.
Direct Contact on concerns from employees and support.
Coordinate activities with cafeteria supplier, transportation & Facilities (regarding employee’s needs / events.)
Employee Administration (pre payroll, legal benefits, etc.)
Employee file and control (personal documentation, contracts, performance evaluations, etc)
Administration, cafeteria & transportation requisitions, invoices and requirements for employees’ purposes
Support on pulse and global survey coordination. Your Voice, Leadership Effectiveness, Employee Engagement, Cafeteria,
Transportation, Work environment, etc.
In coordination with the supervisor, run savings funds reports.
And other functions as assigned by your manager.
Participate in risk management, which includes the identification of failure modes, hazards and environmental aspects, their
respective assessment and the definition and implementation of controls.
Participate in incident and nonconformity investigations as well as in the determination of the necessary corrective actions.
Active participation in plant programs such as SafeTrack observations, suggestion box, Employee Idea System, LPA and 6S audits.
Participate in the training program of the plant attending trainings as scheduled and, when required, acting as internal instructor.
Comply with the documented procedures, instructions, and standards of the Integrated Management System and, when required,
participate in their review and improvement.
Identify and report any injury or potential injury and any potential environmental impact.
Identify and intervene to correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior
Identify and intervene to correct unsafe and off standard conditions, when immediate correction is not possible report to direct
manager or to the corresponding department.
Review and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity and apply the Stop Work policy when needed.
Perform every activity considering the requirements of the Integrated Management System to contribute to the achievement of its objectives and to fulfill the Quality Policy and the Environmental, Health and Safety Policy.
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, lawyer or administrative areas.
Knowledge: Labor Law, wage and salary administration, benefits, unions, Recruitment and Selection, Management software
packages.
Skills: Oral and written communication, negotiation, interpersonal relations.
Experience: Minimum of three years in human resources management.
Language: Intermediate English to communicate
