Architectural Drafter
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Time: 9am to 6pm
- Working Location: Balestier Road
- Salary: $ 2300 - $ 2500
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE
- Training Provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Able to read and interprete architectural and structural as built plans
- Basic knowledge in CP83 and able to prepare submission drawings including plans, sections and elevations
- Basic knowledge in building authority requirements, such as SCDF and BCA
- Past experience in preparing tender drawings, details drawing is a plus
- Basic knowledge in M & E system, such as automatic fire sprinkler system, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system (ACMV) are welcome
