Account Manager (Junior) \u2014 IT Services | Lahore
Tkxel is a 17\-year\-old software engineering company with 1,100+ engineers serving US and European mid\-market clients across mortgage tech, fintech, healthcare, real estate tech, and SaaS. We've made the Inc. 5000 two years running.

You'll work directly under our senior AM and Director of Sales, learning the craft of growing IT services accounts on real client engagements from day one.

What you'll own
A supporting role across a portfolio of active US and EU accounts, with primary ownership of a smaller subset of low\-complexity accounts as you ramp
Quarterly Business Review preparation: pulling delivery data, drafting the narrative, building the deck, coordinating the agenda with engineering leads
Internal coordination between the client, our delivery teams, and finance \u2014 Jira tickets, Salesforce hygiene, SOW change tracking, invoice queries
First\-line client communication on operational matters: status updates, scheduling, documentation, follow\-ups
Spotting expansion signals in client conversations and feeding them to the senior AM with context
Account health monitoring \u2014 flagging when a client goes quiet, when a delivery issue is brewing, when a contract is approaching renewal

You will not be expected to close expansion deals alone in year one. You will be expected to identify them, write them up clearly, and learn how they get closed by shadowing every step.

Day\-to\-day: Senior Account Manager / Director of Sales
Functional: VP of Sales (commercial) / VP Professional Services (technical)

What we're looking for
1\u20133 years in a client\-facing role: project coordination, junior PM, customer success associate, BDR/SDR, or post\-sale support at a services or tech company
Strong writing \u2014 clear, structured, no fluff. We work in writing.
Detail orientation that survives Friday afternoon at 6pm: Jira tickets stay updated, follow\-ups don't fall through, SOW dates are in the calendar
Comfort sitting in technical conversations between client engineering leads and our delivery team \u2014 you don't need to lead, but you can't be lost
Natural curiosity about how IT services businesses make money \u2014 billing models, margins, utilization, contract structures
Based in Lahore
