About the Role

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant<\/b> to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, and statutory compliance. Requirements<\/h3>

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  <\/li>
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
  <\/li>
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions.
  <\/li>
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  <\/li>
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
  <\/li>
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
  <\/li>
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding payment and accounting matters.
  <\/li>
• Assist in audits and other finance\-related activities as required.

  Required Skills
  <\/h3>

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
    <\/li>
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
    <\/li>
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation processes.
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
    <\/li>
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
    <\/li>
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
    <\/li>
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    <\/li>
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Qualifications
    <\/h3>

    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    • Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are eligible to apply

      • Hands\-on experience with accounting software.
