As we continue scaling our operations, we\u2019re hiring a Junior Accountant<\/b> who brings discipline, speed, and precision<\/b> to our finance department. This role is for someone who has experience in filing VAT, PAYE, SHIF, NSSF, and Income Tax<\/b>, and thrives in a structured, performance\-driven environment.
<\/p>Role Summary<\/b>
<\/h2>
This role will oversee the day\-to\-day financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting operations<\/b> of the business. You'll ensure the company operates with financial clarity, zero leakages, and 100% compliance.<\/b> You\u2019ll also support multiple branches and report directly to senior management. File statutory returns accurately and on time<\/b>: Income Tax VAT PAYE NSSF SHIF Maintain accurate records for: Sales (M\-PESA, cash, bank) Supplier payments & imports Petty cash & commissions Payroll and deductions Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting or Finance<\/b>, or CPAK (minimum Section 4).<\/b> Experience with VAT, PAYE, SHIF, NSSF, and tax filing is mandatory.<\/b> Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Excel.<\/b> Fast, accurate data entry and strong organizational discipline. Ability to identify discrepancies, reconcile issues, and enforce financial accountability.<\/b> Previous experience in a multi\-branch business or SME environment<\/b> is an advantage. <\/p> <\/p> Deadline: June 25, 2025<\/b>
