\n As our Junior NetSuite Bookkeeper<\/b>, you will be the backbone of our daily financial integrity. You won't just be \"crunching numbers\"; you will be managing the flow of data across our ERP system to ensure our financial reporting is as high\-fidelity as the audio gear we sell. You will handle everything from multi\-channel reconciliations (Amazon, eBay, Website) to assisting with month\-end closes.

\n Key Responsibilities<\/b>

NetSuite Management:<\/b> Oversee daily entry and reconciliation of financial transactions within NetSuite, ensuring data integrity across all sub\-ledgers.
<\/span><\/li>\n
Accounts Receivable & Payable:<\/b> Manage high\-volume AP/AR workflows, including vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling, and customer refund reconciliations.
<\/span><\/li>\n
Inventory Accounting:<\/b> Work closely with the warehouse team to reconcile inventory counts and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) within NetSuite.
<\/span><\/li>\n
Bank & Channel Reconciliation:<\/b> Reconcile bank statements and third\-party payment gateways (PayPal, Amazon Pay, Affirm) against internal NetSuite records.
<\/span><\/li>\n
Financial Reporting:<\/b> Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheets, P&L statements, and customized management reports using NetSuite\u2019s saved searches and reporting tools.
<\/span><\/li>\n
Process Optimization:<\/b> Identify and implement NetSuite workflow improvements to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual entry errors.

\n Qualifications<\/b>

Experience:<\/b> 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience, specifically in an e\-commerce or retail environment.

NetSuite Proficiency:<\/b> Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required). Familiarity with SuiteCommerce or e\-commerce integrations is a major plus.
<\/span><\/li>\n
Excel Skills:<\/b> Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas).

Attention to Detail:<\/b> A \"perfectionist\" mindset when it comes to data accuracy and reconciliation.

Communication:<\/b> Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate with departments from the Warehouse to the CEO\u2019s office.
