Junior Business Analyst [Payments]

We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive the launch of our new product from scratch — from initial concept and regulatory preparation to production launch and further scaling. This role involves hands-on participation across all stages of product development and close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Challenges that await you:

  • Driving the development of a new product

  • Managing the end-to-end product development process, including both: the core processing/backend part, and the client-facing UX/product experience

  • Collaborating closely with key project stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery expectations

  • Coordinating and synchronising parallel development work across multiple teams

  • Analysing and working with vendor documentation, including API specifications, technical requirements, and integration guidelines

  • Building and improving operational processes around the product, including: Anti-Fraud, Compliance, Customer Support, Delivery / Operations workflows

  • Managing communication and collaboration with the external partner/vendor providing key solution components

  • Supporting the preparation of documentation for submission to the banking regulator

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in payments or PSP products

  • Proven experience in managing distributed product development, working with multiple cross-functional delivery teams in parallel (backend, frontend, processing, integrations).

  • Strong skills in requirements management: elicitation, documentation, synchronisation, and change control across several development streams.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery: understanding sprint planning, dependencies, milestones, delivery tracking, and release coordination across teams.

  • Ability to work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security teams, ensuring all functional and technical requirements are reviewed and approved.

  • Experience documenting complex processes and strong documentation skills, including: functional and non-functional requirements, process flows (BPMN or equivalent), technical documentation suitable for internal audits and regulatory submissions

  • High level of ownership and involvement, with readiness to stay deeply engaged in day-to-day execution, delivery risks, and cross-team alignment

  • High level of communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams

  • B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

Our ways of working:

  • Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions

  • Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication

  • Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community

  • Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together

  • High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances

Our benefits:

  • Relocation support to one of our hubs — Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia or Kazakhstan — with assistance for the employee and their family

  • Flexible work from one of our offices or remote

  • Healthcare Coverage

  • Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications

  • Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements

  • Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
