Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Cell Engineer to join our dynamic start-up team. This role involves hands-on work in battery development, materials analysis, and process optimization. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, fabricate, and test lithium-ion battery cells, focusing on performance, safety, and scalability.
Responsibilities
Assist in cell assembly, testing, and performance characterization.
Conduct materials analysis, including electrode and electrolyte evaluation.
Optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot cell performance issues.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Document experimental results and contribute to technical reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with lithium-ion battery chemistry and fabrication processes.
Hands-on laboratory or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
