Junior Creative Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Specialist who has a strong sense of trends, a creative mindset, and a passion for developing innovative marketing concepts.

Your impact:

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new creative opportunities and insights.
• Generate creative ideas for advertising campaigns and develop initial concepts for marketing materials.
• Provide constructive feedback to User Acquisition Managers, designers, and product teams.
• Collaborate with designers, influencers, and content creators to develop engaging creative assets and video content.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of creative production and testing processes to achieve marketing goals.

About you:

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Strong business mindset with a results-driven and problem-solving approach.
• Solid research and analytical skills, with experience in market and competitor analysis.
• Experience creating briefs for designers and creative teams.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
• Experience in content creation.
