About the Role<\/span>

We are looking for a highly motivated Data\nAnalyst / Data Engineer with 2+ years of experience in data transformation,\nanalysis, and visualization. The ideal candidate should have a solid\nunderstanding of SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and business intelligence\ntools.

You will work on designing, building, and optimizing datasets and analytical\nsolutions for e\-learning and business intelligence reporting.<\/span><\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design and develop data\npipelines for ingestion, transformation, and reporting using SQL and Python.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create and maintain analytical\ntables, views, and materialized views for dashboarding and advanced analytics.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform in\-depth data analysis\nand validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with stakeholders\nto translate business requirements into technical solutions.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop interactive dashboards\nand reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Optimize database performance\n(indexing, partitioning, query tuning).<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with the data\nengineering team to improve ETL workflows and data quality monitoring.<\/span>

Required Skills & Qualifications<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>2\u20134 years of professional\nexperience in data analytics or data engineering.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong proficiency in SQL\n(PostgreSQL, MySQL).<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with ETL tools\n(Airflow, Dataform, or custom Python pipelines).<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Working knowledge of Python\n(Pandas, NumPy) for data transformation.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with data\nvisualization tools such as Power BI<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Understanding of data modeling\nconcepts (star/snowflake schema).<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with cloud\ndatabases (Azure, GCP) preferred.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong analytical mindset and\nability to work independently.<\/span>
